Milford National Receives Second Consecutive "Outstanding" CRA Rating

The Milford National Bank and Trust Company has received an “Outstanding” rating from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for its Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance.

The CRA is a federal law designed to encourage commercial banks to help meet the needs of borrowers in all segments of their communities, including low-and moderate-income neighborhoods. Federal regulatory agencies examine banking institutions every two years for CRA compliance.

As a community bank, our primary focus is to help people in this area buy homes and finance small businesses. Earning our second consecutive ‘Outstanding’ rating is an indication that our efforts continue to be successful.
