To Report a Lost or Stolen Bank Card:
Call the Bank during regular banking hours at 508-634-4100 and speak to a Customer Service Representative or use our secure Contact Us email. Include the primary owner's social security number and the account number in your message. You will also need to notify the Bank, on the next business day, at 508-634-4100 and speak to a Customer Service Representative to confirm your email request.
