Q: What is Online Statements?
A: Online Statements is a service provided to allow you to view your monthly statements and documents through Online Banking. You will receive an email notification each time a new document is available.

Q: How do I access Online Statements?
A: You must be a Milford National Online Banking customer to access your statement(s) online. You will have access to your monthly statement by clicking on the “Products & Services” link within Online Banking at www.milfordnational.com

Q: How do I change my email address for online statement notifications?
A: You must go to “User Options” of Online Banking to update your email address.

Q: How long does it take to sign up for Online Statements?
A: Your request to receive Online Statements must be received 10 business days prior to your statement cycle end date. Allow approximately two months to discontinue receipt of your paper statement.

Q: Does my statement include check images?
A: Online Statements do not include check images. The front and back of your check images can be printed from Account History in Online Banking. The images will be available for 60 days. We encourage you to periodically download or print copies of checks you may need for tax preparation or other purposes.

Q: How many statements will be available for online viewing or downloading?
A: Online Statement archives store one year of statements beginning with July 2008.

Q: Can I get all my statements online?
A: Checking, Savings and Money Market accounts are eligible to receive Online Statements.
Please note that account activity for multiple accounts may be combined on one statement.

Q: Is my account information secure?
A: Yes, your Online Statement can only be accessed within Online Banking. Additionally, you do not need to be concerned with lost or stolen mail. Click here for more information regarding your online privacy and security.

Q: Is there a cost for Online Statements?
A: No, this is another free service for our Online Banking customers.

Q: What are the system access requirements to view Online Statements?
A: To access Online Statements you will need Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher to serve as your browser. You may also need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher or a TIFF viewer to view your documents. Additional instructions can be found in Online Statements “Help”.
